Returns and Refunds

Returns an Refund Policy:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase (U.S.) and 60 days for International purchases.
• Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

A few things...

• Shipping cost will not be credited to you if you return an item (except if we incorrectly fulfill your order - ex: we shipped the wrong product.)
• You will receive a refund either through your original payment method or store credit once we received the products back.
• If your order was returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, your shipping cost will not be refunded and you will be charged a restocking fee of 20%.
• You will be responsible of inbound (return shipping to us) shipping cost upon returning an item (unless it was a fulfillment mistake; exceptions apply).
